New open days at the museum on 26 and 27 September

To celebrate European Heritage Days in Catalonia, the museum will hold open days on the last weekend in September.

There will be free visits to the exhibition Girona and France. Times of War and Peace, 1659-1939 on the two final days before it closes. On Saturday 26 September there will be a guided tour at 19h; the following day at 12h the historian Genís Barnosell, curator of the exhibition, will be offering a visit with commentary.
Again, the monographic theme chosen for the open days will be heritage and young people. For this reason, and with the aim of creatively revealing the key elements of historic events, both of these activities will include a way to make learning fun, whether with friends, at school or with the family: the Peninsular War Game.
