Works of the municipal art collection exhibit to the UdG

The City council of Girona and the Universitat of Girona have signed an agreement by the temporary cession of a group of twenty works of art.

The City council of Girona following with the will to spread his art collection, that already exhibits in several municipal spaces, has signed an agreement with the Universitat of Girona that yields temporarily a group of twenty works that will be able to visit in public spaces of the UdG.
The building of the Rectorship will put the name of three stood out artists gerundenses, Domènec Fita, Emília Xargay and Francesc Torres Monzó, to his rooms. Besides, of works of these artists also has yielded of Rosa Aguiló, Enric Ansesa, Leonard Beard, Jordi Bosch (Barraca), Josep Maria Camps, Enric Marquès, Pere Noguera, Clara Oliveras, Pere de Ribot, Lluís Roura, Mercè Sebastià and Joan Vilajoana.
