Barcelona Jewish film festival in Girona

On Wednesday 20 and Thursday 28 November, the Truffaut cinema will present a selection of films from the Barcelona Jewish Film Festival 2024

The Jewish Film Festival was born in 1999 with the intention to raise awarness about the cinena and culture of Jewish themes in Barcelona.

The Patronat Call de Girona has programmed, together with the Barcelona Jewish Film Festival (FCJB) and the Girona Truffaut Cinema, two new sessions of the Jewish film cycle:

Wednesday, November 20 - Histoires d'Amérique, a set of stories about the daily life of Jewish people during the last hundred years.
Thursday, November 28 - A House in Jerusalem, a 12-year-old girl, mourning the loss of her mother, begins to see the ghost of a Palestinian girl.

The screenings will take place at 8.30 pm, at Cinema Truffaut. Original version and Spanish subtitles.
