The Patronat Call de Girona receives a grant from the Diputació de Girona for equipment related to new technologies for museums and collections

The Museum of Jewish History has used this amount to finance an online touch device to obtain data on the satisfaction of the public and visitors

Given the social function of museums, knowing the opinion and assessment of the public is the key. The opinion of the people who visit the Museum of Jewish History is very important to find out their degree of satisfaction. The grant has made possible to have an interactive evaluation device that measures the degree of public satisfaction in real time and allows us to obtain statistical data and annual indicators. Thanks to this technology, we can better manage the needs and expectations of visitors, evaluate our service and identify opportunities and problems.

Likewise, the grant has also allowed the acquisition of hardware related to sound and image, specifically a Bluetooth high performance 2.1 sound bar and other complementary elements for the projection of audiovisuals in the temporary exhibitions located on the ground floor of the Museum.
