The soprano Sivan Rotem will offer us a concert of songs in Hebrew, Ladino, Spanish and Catalan, accompanied by the Catalan pianist Jordi Camell.
Sivan Rotem is an Argentinian-born Israeli lyric singer whose burgeoning career in opera, concerts, recitals, radio, television, recordings and master classes has taken her across the Americas and to many continental European countries, Egypt, South Africa, China and Australia.Rotem is also a distinguished Painter who exhibited in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Madrid, Lisbon, Braga, London and Bucharest's Museums and Art Galleries.
Jordi Camell is a pianist with a strong artistic personality trained in Tarragona, Barcelona, Paris and London. He has performed with the OBC, the Vallès Symphony Orchestra, the Filharmonia de Cambra, the City of Granada Orchestra, etc. Open to all artistic fields, he has collaborated with Ofèlia Sala, Vicky Peña, Cesc Gelabert and Mario Gas. He has edited a dozen CDs. He has given concerts and master classes all over the world, in Europe and also in the United States and China. He is currently piano professor at ESMUC.
